Retired law-enforcement officer, translator and cultural mediator specialising in Polish-Ukrainian relations and regional differences within Ukraine. He has extensive professional experience in gathering and verifying information through human sources, building trusted local networks and managing the logistics of humanitarian missions. A Helsinki Human Rights School graduate, long-time La Strada collaborator and former two-term president of the Association of Ukrainian Former Political Prisoners and Repression Victims in Poland.
